Literature

Our ‘Literature’ section offers a panoply of authors, genres, and time-periods, ranging from Renaissance editions of classical Latin and Greek authors to Victorian literary annuals containing contributions by contemporary writers. The different literary genres covered include the medieval chivalric romances of Chrétien de Troyes, the classic prose works of Cervantes and Rabelais, the poetry of Chaucer and Gower, and dramatic works by Corneille and Fletcher.
